I can't say enough good things about Mike Williams. Of all of the real-estate agents I know, Mike is of the very few that can call himself an "Agent", for he truly acts 100% on behalf of his clients whereas so many others should just be called "used house salesmen". When working with Mike, his loyalty, honesty and integrity to me was so great that I felt like he was acting on behalf of a close family member. I was very impressed with his experience of dos and don'ts when listing my house. He brought to my attention things that I would not have even considered. I appreciated his honest and candid way of educating me without him leading me to believing that it was all going to be unicorns and rainbows. My sale was a little unique in that I was selling a rental home where the tenants were still residing, and Mike took the reins to help mediate between potential buyers, my tenants and me. Communicating with Mike during the whole process was a pleasure. He would answer my calls on the first ring almost every time and if he was on a call, he would immediately text me and tell me when he would return my call. Another comforting thing that Mike would do is be proactive. If there was a showing at the last minute and he was double-booked, he made sure to have the showing covered and not rescheduled. Mike's work ethic is above and beyond amazing and because of his genuine care for other people, he makes it seem effortless. If ever I need a real-estate "Agent", Mike Williams will be the only one for me. I honestly can't recommend him enough to anyone who's even thinking about buying or selling a home of business.
