There are not enough stars here to accurately rate Mike. He is AMAZING! I was on the market searching for a home with another realtor for 3 months with no luck. I had put offers on 8 properties and due to her inability to negotiate and represent me in the best light, I did not get accepted for a single one. After much frustration, I did some "realtor shopping" and luckily found Mike. Mike was always available and ready to show properities to me. I worked with him just one week and had already found the perfect home AND got my offer accepted. I am moving into my new home on Monday and Mike has been with me every step of the way. From finding inspectors, contractors, etc. He went above and beyond what I expected and appeared to be available 24/7. I recommend Mike highly. I did my share of shopping around and even worked with an inadequate person for 3 months, so have a good understanding of good vs. bad and Mike is TOP NOTCH.
