Mike Rosenhahn

If I could give more stars I would. Mike is a true professional who cares not only for the home you get, but for the home buyers themselves. He is incredibly considerate, hard-working, and flexible. He was always ready to assist us above and beyond what we needed, and was never pushy. His handling of our home buying process was beyond what I could have imagined it would be. It was amazing. The home we wanted was a bit too expensive at first but we went for it anyways with a contingency from our California sale... Mike worked with the builders to secure us the top bid even though contingency's are not typically taken. Well, the market turned south right after we did this and our home in Cali did not sell quickly like we thought it would, and Mike was incredible throughout the process. He was patient, kind, and brilliant all the way to the end. The builders ended up dropping our offer after a month, and we looked elsewhere, but in the end we came back to the original home we offered on and made a lower bid and got it at the very top of our budget which was wonderful. We would not have been able to get our home without Mike. What a joy and pleasure its been to work with him, and what an honor to have been his client! My entire family has now used his services (some of us even more than once!). If he has the time to serve you, not only will you be one of the select few with that honor, but you will be incredibly blessed. I truly believe that. My family and I definitely were, and still are to this day. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

Mike is so good at his job! We are so thankful for him and his wealth of knowledge in this industry. He was such a pleasure to work with! He truly cares about his clients. He was very thorough and thoughtful when he helped us find our home. He was so patient with my husband and I as we were decided on what exactly we were looking for in a home and because of the time he took to fully understand that, we found our perfect home! Also, his many connections within the community made the process go so smoothly. We feel very blessed that we got to work with Mike!
