Anticipated more than our every need
Mike was a fantastic agent, start to finish. He is knowledgeable, personable, easy-going, available, and most of all, he is strategic. He was one step ahead of me on a lot of issues that came up, and he navigated the madness of selling our home in the early days of COVID. Mike helped us to think about how best to prepare to get our home on the market, offered great interior design/staging help from one of his team, and strategized about showings, open houses, and offers such that we ultimately accepted an offer over our asking price and did a quick, clean deal.
