Mike Puckett

Mike provided real estate support including listing, showing and closing property, arranging painters and cleaners and even helped us to donate some of the furniture pieces we no longer wanted. Mike was thorough in providing us comp info on other properties in the area. He provided a lot of support to get property ready by finding painters and following up and doing the same for cleaners. He did this for us as we live out of the area. He also located organizations to whom we could donate furniture and items we didn't want to move. He closed on the property for us in our absence and he arranged for electronic transfer of funds. He did all this with only a few questions and did a super job for us. Because of delays we made, the property was listed right before Thanksgiving and sold mid-January. It had been our expectation that it would have taken much longer. Mike did a great job for us.
