Reviews are often a word, “great,” “awful.” Selling a house, especially one that has been in the family for over 100 years, requires a more complex review. Mike Price provided detailed market analysis, and offered his best judgement regarding trends and possibilities. His staff was efficient. The sale went through with no major problems following detailed negotiations. Did we get the full price that we hoped for: no. Did we get a price within the range that we had established: yes. Along the way, Mike provided his best analysis, but left the decisions to us. Is it possible that remaining on the market we would have received an additional 10% or more? Yes, but it is equally possible that we would have had to have sold later at the same or lower price. Mike will provide you with all the available data. He will be honest in his assessment of your property’s market value. He will not make claims of a property’s value just to make you feel better. In the end, the decisions will be yours, but you will have the information to make informed ones. Would I use Mike again: yes. Would I make the same decisions? I do not know; but they would be based on an honest assessment provided by Mike Price.
