Therese from the Mike Price team was a God send. We have moved 3 times previous, and this move was the hardest for us, but Therese made it much better. She helped guide us and kept everything on track. we had some issues happen at the last minute and she stepped in and had them resolved quickly. When we moved to Atlanta, we needed to find a realter that would work for us and not see us as another customer. We found the best realtor in Mike Price and his team. His was very detailed for the entire process and always replied to our questions. He has an excellent knowledge of the Atlanta area because he grew up there. When we were looking at houses Mike was not just about if we need so many bedrooms or bathrooms etc. He also would ensure the location was accessible to so many amenities and the area was continuing to grow. We didn’t really have to do anything for closing he made sure all the paperwork was ready and even contacted us with a good mortgage broker to make the closing even smoother. After a couple of years, we had to move for a job, so we worked with the Mike Price team again. We didn’t want to be in a situation of the house being sold after we moved. Mike gave us tips to stage the house and minor things to do to ensure a buyer was interested. He got us our asking price and again treated our sale as a priority. All the paperwork was ready, and we closed and were able to move with a deposit on our new home. He even researched and connected us with a realtor in the area we moved to. Mike finds you the home that matters to you and makes sure that process is smooth so, as a buyer or seller get the result you need. I give Mike and his team 5 stars for sure. Our buyers tried to change the deal at two hours and ask for additional money trying to say they had an "out". They were being unreasonable and difficult to deal with through most of the process. He handled the entire experience with professionalism from start to finish and was able to make it to where us as the sellers kept the full original deal. He was very communicative and his team will assist you every step of the way. I recommend him for any of your real estate needs.

The market right now is very difficult and can be extremely stressful. Luckily I found the Mike Price team.
