I had Mike Perez as a realtor. My experience with him was awesome. Mike was with us since day one he helped my family and me with our Credit issues he guide us. To where we need to go to get that fixed. Mike doing negotiations with the house was awesome he is very straightforward very smart and knows how to get things done quickly. He never left our side throughout the process. Every time I had doubts or concerns I will call him and he was always willing to answer the phone and talk to me. He is a true friend and I thank God and him. I recommend Mike. in the past, I had another relator before but , when this realtor saw our case difficult this Realtor left us stop calling when we need them the most. I found out about Mike through a coworker I call him and explain the whole situation what Mike said to me that he’s not like that, and he explained to me who he is. I saw it and he mean it he did not leave our side at all into we close the House In up to this day. He calls us time and time to see how we’re doing. He’s a great realtor and a great friend.
