Funny story how Mike and I met. I challenged him to come to the table in the very beginning of the pandemic to fine me a house that met everything I wanted...... This man showed up!!! In about 8 weeks we were closing on a brand new home. Three years later when life threw a couple of curve balls, the first thing I did was reach out to Mike, in about 6 weeks, we had an offer and closed. Painless, seamless.
