Mike was a wonderful advisor and professional through our process of home purchase, which spanned years. We first walked in, off the street, to the Arvada office in 2016--to simply begin asking questions of how to save, where to look, what to button up before going through this process. Mike was there and gave us some advice, knowing we were more than a year from looking. Fast forward 2 years, in 2020, and we called Mike again. He not only was able to help us right away, he distinctly remembered us. When looking during the height of the pandemic, Mike updated our query when we needed, called and booked showings, and took a hands-on approach. What we loved most, though, is that he was capable of stepping back when we wanted to drive. He even suggested a few new construction neighborhoods, which is the route we ended up closing. Mike never missed a showing, a meeting, an email, or just a check-in. We felt throughout everything that Mike had our best interest in mind - never pushing us on price and even stepping in if he thought we were spending too much or looking in the wrong places. We have every reason to suspect he was personally invested in finding us a home we would be happy in for decades.
