I found Mike on the Denver Metro Association of Realtors web site. So very glad I did! I had a different realtor look at my home in preparation for listing it. Mike was always available. Made us feel like we were his only client. Excellent communication, meeting all our needs & contingencies. After Mike did his research we listed for more than the previous realtor suggested. We received the winning offer 4 days after listing, the day after our open house. Very pleased when it came in substantially over asking! The best buying/selling experience of the 8 I’ve closed has been this one with Mike Papantonakis.
