Mike is the ultimate professional. I was in a difficult situation and had to sell my home quickly. Not only did Mike receive multiple offers, he sold my home in 1 day for $10,000 over asking price! I could not be happier with my experience working with Mike Ober and will be happy to highly recommend him to any and all people on the home search in Colorado. Thanks again Mike!
Mike is a rock star! There are those people are good at what they do and then there are those that are exceptional. Mike is exceptional. He sold my home in a day, actually, in about an hour for well over asking price and got over $50 more a sqft than any other sale in the neighborhood. If you want someone that knows what he is doing and will get it the best deal possible. Mike is your guy. I have known Mike professionally for several years. This is the first transaction we have done together. I have called Mike for advice and recommendations several times and his is always responsive. I really feel like I am his only client.
