I could not have asked for a better agent. Mike and his agency were phenomenal. From preparing for listing through final sale and closing, Mike guided me through every step. He made the process easy and seamless for me, handling everything on my behalf from staging photos, contracts, inspection to addressing issues and the commitments we made to the buyers. He always ensured everything was in my best interests and went out of his way to make sure I was happy and getting the best offer available to me. Mike did an incredible job at setting real expectations for both me, the seller, and the buyers. Can't thank him enough for answering my millions of questions and for making this experience perfect. I have high anxiety but with Mike I was always calm and knew I was in great hands. He's professional and caring at the same time.
