As an agent, you get not only him, but a fantastic network of contractors that he has built great relationships with to help you with getting your home ready to move in before and after closing. He listens to what you want in a house to filter out the inventory and consolidate a huge market to simplify finding the exact house you’re looking for. He provides honest feedback on the quality of the houses on the market and makes suggestions that benefit your long term goals based off his years of experience and knowledge of the area. The process of a home purchase is stressful but it is mitigated to a minimum by his diligence and hard work. Best home-buying experience we could have hoped for. As newcomers to Tampa, we sought Mike's services to purchase our first home as a couple. I’ve used several realtors over the years to sell places and Mike is far and away the best.
