I've known and worked with mike since 2017 and he has been nothing but a great professional. I first hired him when selling my first house in Riverview which turned out to be a great profit on both parties, the purchasers of the house even hired Mike to close for them because he is that good. Once I sold that house, he helped me find and purchase my 2nd home in Seminole Heights, and I've already almost doubled the amount of what I initially invested in buying the current Seminole Heights house. I would recommend his services to family and friends 10 out of 10.

He managed my property as a rental and then acted as my agent in the sale of my property. He’s the guy that goes the extra mile. He examined all issues raised by my tenants himself with eyes on. With years of experience, he was able to address many of them himself at NO cost to me. When it was time to sell, he did all the pictures and advertising. Just a full service guy not out to nickel and dime you. He is from a military family and exudes those great values. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs.

Michael has been in Tampa Bay Area a long time and it shows through with his Market Knowledge. Pricing the property appropriate for a fairly quick sale. He was always available via text or call, and communication was clear. He even went above and beyond to help clean the place up with new paint. 10/10 highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Mike. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Tampa Bay area and helped us find the perfect home after an exhaustive process of filtering through the fluff. Upon home visits, most realtors pump up the positives and gloss over the negatives until you bring them up. Not Mike. He was very honest and quick to point out negative aspects of houses before the positives, which can greatly help when determining true value and immediately established a level of trust I've never seen in realty. He also has an uncanny eye for cover-ups (issues hidden under the surface) and was a ferocious negotiator through every stage of the buying process. His interaction with opposing realtors was competition, and Mike is a winner. I would highly suggest for any and all real estate needs and will be using him for future investment properties as well.

Michael Nolan has been a great real estate professional from the selling my old home to buying my new home which by the way is the home of my dreams, he has been on top of everything and always kept me on check with all legalities, and with the buying/selling process. Michael has great knowledge of Hillsborough county in general, knows were all the great spots are and has great insight on where the "booming markets" are. Michael was very expedient on all documentation needed to process for buying/selling and was always ready to lend his hand with any type of struggle I was in, in the middle process of selling and moving into my new home. I would definitely choose Michael again no questions about it and I would recommend him to my family and friends.

What I like best about Michael is the way he respects his clients' wishes. We have worked with multiple real estate agents over the past handful of years, and they have always made me feel as if I am not the one in charge. They tried to push me out of my desired neighborhood or price range, and they were hesitant to do some of the things I requested (which in my opinion were not unreasonable requests). Not Michael. He made it a relatively painless transaction.

Michael has been my property manager for over 2 years and he has done an incredible job seeking, screening, and finding tenants as well as maintaining my rental property. I live out of state which made it extremely difficult to manage the property but then Michael was recommended to me. He is professional, courteous, reasonable, and completely reliable.
