Mike is a great agent, he is responsive; he was always on time and called back promptly. He's always looking out for your best interests, we suggested an offer about ten percent below the asking price but Mike found a very recent comp for us and suggested a n even lower offer price (which was accepted). And he goes the extra mile; after we closed the place was somewhat dirtier than we expected so he offered to come help us clean. Like the headline says If You're Buying a Home This is Your Guy!!
