My wife and I decided to we were going to move out of state and wanted to sell our home as fast as we could. Mike came over to our house and sat down with us explaining everything in detail about selling a home. We were still living in the house when we were showing it, so he recommended some things to do, how to do them and so on. I have to say I had complete confidence we would sell the house for what we wanted after that first day. Mike didn't sugar coat anything and explained the process the good the bad...etc. We listed the house on a Tuesday evening, buy Thursday we had 7 showings signed up for over the weekend. We had an offer by Friday, and a full price offer by Sunday. Needless to say it went way better than we expected.
