We just closed on our first home, and trust me, we couldn't have done it without Michael. My wife and I decided to we were going to move out of state and wanted to sell our home as fast as we could. Mike came over to our house and sat down with us explaining everything in detail about selling a home. We were still living in the house when we were showing it, so he recommended some things to do, how to do them and so on. I have to say I had complete confidence we would sell the house for what we wanted after that first day.
