My wife and I are from the Northeast and weren’t familiar with the area of Florida where we finally found our dream home. We began our search for a home in earnest by the first of the year (2021). After we had been “pursued “ by several real estate agents from numerous agencies, we were convinced Mike’s approach would be best for us. Several factors weighed into this decision. As we were buying effectively “sight unseen”, developing trust was paramount. Right from the beginning we could tell that Mike was an honest individual- would always tell it like it was, and not try to talk us into a purchase that wasn’t right for us. Secondly, what stood out in both my wife’s and my minds, was Mike’s relentless passion for what he was doing. Buying a home 1,500 miles away was made easy because of Mike’s thoroughness. As everyone knows who is trying to purchase, great real estate deals are hard to come by, and when they do, they are on the market for less than a day. When Mike found us what we believed to be “the one”, he left in his car the next morning for an almost two hour away listing to take us a 30 minute soup to nuts video of the property. Talk about dedication. By noontime, my wife and I had found, via his passionately narrated video, the house we were willing to call our new home. And just to put the icing on the cake, several weeks later, on the day of the “final walkthrough “, guess who was there- again a two hour drive away for him to get to- yes, Mike. He “came over” to make sure what he promised was what we bought. We think he was as excited about the purchase of the house as we were! His enthusiasm was truly contagious. We can promise you, you won’t find a more dedicated, passionate, caring agent out there. It’s been several months since last we spoke, but we consider Mike a true friend.
