Mike treated me like his Sister. It's hard to express what it meant to have Mike by my side through this entire nightmare-of-a-process! He went ABOVE & BEYOND to be certain I was always ok and not overwhelmed with anxiety - he is a good mood guru - and it's infectious! Mike has the knowledge and confidence in ALL THINGS real estate and negotiating. He has no fear and will watch your back when others don't or can't. I am 70 years young. I do not use the internet, never did - and I never used my cellphone [I never used it, lol]. Mike was at my house everyday just to talk, sign papers and keep me calm. Within 1 week - he taught me to use an internet browser, check and send emails, and he also taught me how to text on a cellphone. He is helping me now in my new condo by having a handyman come by to fix all of the little things I need done. If you have ANY problems, Mike will handle it. If not himself - he will find someone he trusts. He will take every call, answer every text and email, no matter what time. It was my first home buying experience which can be very daunting. Mike was nothing but extremely professional and helpful in helping me purchase my first home.
