Mike helped us sell our rental - it turned somewhat complicated when the inspections came in and things needed to be fixed to satisfy the buyer. Mike and his friend (an electrician) took care of the electrical issues - and he helped me find contractors to do the crawl-space work and cut down a giant Hickory that was impacting the foundation.
