Beginning our journey in regard to our first home-buying experience, we went into it with a great deal of anxiety and trepidation. Through happenstance, Mike turned out out to be the first and only real estate agent we worked with. We couldn't be more happy it turned out that way. He was incredible in terms of his knowledge of the area we were looking to buy in, all the steps we would have to go through in our home-buying process, how the whole process would work with our lender, what to expect in terms of closing costs and the process in regard to closing. Mike emodies the principle of "making it happen". My wife and I needed to sell our house quickly in order to relocate for a new job. Given it was the middle of winter, the odds were against us in both time and maximizing sale value. Once we made the decision to list, Mike was able to set us with stagers, repairmen, carpeters, and put us on the market inside of two-weeks. The first weekend on the market, we had over 25 families come through our open house. Within three days we had an offer. Unfortunately that offer fell through due to indecision on the buyers part. When that happened, Mike spent the day calling his contacts, reaching out to others that expressed mild interest and otherwise might be a potential buyer. Within 24 hours, Mike hand delivered an asking price offer - in the middle of January! If you want to get your house sold, Mike is the guy.
