In the end, we found a home that hit all of our needs, and he was able to negotiate with the home owners for a sales price within our budget. Mike sold a house for me in Naperville IL. I appreciated his honesty with regard to my house to be sold. In a very tough market Mike guided us through a home sale and got it done. Our home was in very nice shape. The issues were raised by MIke and I listened and fixed. Mike was very good when it came to what I consider the hard part, negotiation. He listened to and communicated very well with me. I appreciate concise, direct, and to the point, and MIke communicates very well. Mike handled this transaction as an expert. I would use him again.

Mike did a great job of helping us find a new home. you showed us as many houses as we wanted and only asked us to make an offer when we were ready. He did not try to tell us to change the offer. He gave us a great package of comprable valued homes so that we could make our decision on what to offer. Mike has connections to allow you to get the appropriate legal advice, inspections, and any other help that may be needed along the way. Mike is fair and honest and has a good sense of humor. He is a pleasure to work with. one of the days that we were looking for homes he was out of town but his agency covered for him which was awesome so he works for a good agency as well as him being a good agent. Mike was always prompt and well prepared for our showings. He had the listings printed out he had the cards printed out when we went to make an offer. The computer systems at the agency seem good as well. You will get a great report when you go to purchase or sell the home. I would highly recommend Mike for a first time buyer. An out-of-town buyer. Or even an experienced buyer. When you compare him to other real estate agents he's in a class by himself.
