Last year I bought my second home with Mike Kavanaugh. I was so impressed the first time, of course, I asked him to help me. My place in Antioch was deeply underwater. Mike guided me through the short sale process on that one. Mike stuck with me and all my disappointments. You know how emotional buying a home can be. I'm sure Mike has some psychology training! Not only did he find my dream home,he negotiated an unbelievable price for me. I highly recommend Mike for any of your real estate transactions. Mike knows the Bay Area very well.
