Mike is very personable and very responsive. He always answers calls and/or returns a call very quickly if busy. He's early to every appointment. If he doesn't have an immediate answer, he researches any and all issues and gets back quickly. Even after we made an offer on a townhouse, we learned of and then wanted to see comparable units in the same development. He quickly arranged to see them and did not pressure us to make a decision. While he can be aggressive on our behalf, he was never intimidating and was always respectful when we were indecisive. We felt he truly worked to guide us and make working with the title company and insurance companies a smooth confident experience.
