Mike Doyle

Mike was fantastic. My situation was fairly unique. I needed to sell my father's house in Sarasota after he passed away, but I live overseas so could only meet face-to-face with Mike during one trip. All the rest we did by phone and email. Mike went beyond my expectations to help prepare the house, help get it emptied out, help get repairs done as needed to prep it for the market. In the middle of the COVID lockdown he managed to keep things moving as much as possible. And all along the way he was always looking out for me - advising to reject lowball offers or unqualified offers - and never trying to pressure me to settle for less in order to sell it fast. His professionalism, knowledge of the market, business acumen and negotiation tactics were all great. I've bought and sold many houses and I can honestly say Mike was the best agent I've worked with!
