There's not enough words to describe the great work that Mike Downey Jr did selling 2 different homes of ours. And through the last two hurricanes, he was there to assist with the property to be sure we got to closing on time, and over the asking price. You don't see THAT in a realtor. Mike went above and beyond the call of duty on these sales and I will surely use him when I sell my Dunedin house next. If the review had 10 Stars, I'd give him 20.
