There's not enough words to describe the great work that Mike Downey Jr did selling 2 different homes of ours. And through the last two hurricanes, he was there to assist with the property to be sure we got to closing on time, and over the asking price. You don't see THAT in a realtor. This was the second time we worked with Mike. This time he listed our home. Mike made recommendations for staging the house, He scheduled an open house and had over 30 people show up. During the next couple weeks we had quite a few showings with Mike grouping them to minimize the inconvenience of leaving the house. Cash contract was signed in less than two weeks. The four point inspection highlighted a couple issues that needed to be addressed. Mike actually helped me make a couple of the repairs. We closed three weeks later.
