When he saw something wrong, he called it out. When I liked something, he was supportive yet analytical. Mike did a great job. He asked appropriate questions of our likes and dislikes, needs and wants, and was able to find options that were appropriate for us. In addition, his extensive experience with homes and construction was very helpful in identifying potential issues and how we could deal with them. When it came to the closing, Mike and his team was very organized and had everything prepared. Our part of the closing went very smoothly.
Mike and his whole team have been incredible to work with on the purchase of our home. He was quick to respond, great at feeling out what we wanted in a home, and diligent in finding the house as well as working with sellers when we did find a home. Mike works alongside a fabulous lender, Tara, who was also a pleasure to work with, and she helped us make the loan process seamless (plus she got us a stellar rate).
