Mike Barrett

Mike was the agent on the purchase of our new condo. We were so impressed that we decided he would be our listing agent for our old one. We had given serious consideration to another agent who showed us several properties but after the last showing he failed to respond to a text request. In the meantime Mike was Johnny on the spot with all requests as we struggled through the many requirements necessary to get a loan these days including dealing with an unexpectedly low appraisal and a renegotiation with the sellers.

Mike was an excellent agent in helping us find our first home. His knowledge helped us navigate the home buying process with ease. He tirelessly searched until we found the perfect home. He was always available to answer any of the numerous questions we had. We look forward to working with him again in the future.
