Mike and Gail Bailey are great Realestate agents. They listed a house for us back in 2019. The house sold is less than a week. Three years later we had them list my mother-in-laws Condo. The Condo sold quickly with the market the way it is. We mainly dealt with Gail. She did a great job communicating with us. The closing went smooth. We will continue to use Mike and Gail Bailey to sell our homes. We love the work that they do.

They were very strategic. They researched to get me the best price on my home and they laid out a strategy. We planned to hold the asking price for a a few weeks and then would review. My house sold in the time they expected. She found me a great house with multiple bids. Mike and Gail were great at communicating. Closing was fast and easy. My 1 and only complaint was the photos they took. Which I redid and they changed them out. I would definitely recommend them.

They were very professional and personable. Answered all questions we had. Whenever we called they were always available and if they were busy with another client they would always get back to us in a very timely manner. Would definitely use them again and refer them to other clients. Closing was very easy.
