Gail and my wife have stayed in touch for 12 years and we finally decided to sell our house. Gail and Mike have helped me buy 2 and sell 2 homes in Michigan and all transactions have gone well. There are often glitches in real estate transactions, but all were handled well. Gail is a great communicator; you always know the status, bugs and hold-ups. With our last sale, we purchased our retirement home out of state and thus the Bailey's were not our purchase agents. That said, Gail was great at brainstorming ideas and options for a sale/leaseback in the crazy markets of winter/spring 2021. Gail and Mike are great to work with. I dealt with mostly Gail in person, but between the two of them I think every single text/email/phone call I sent was answered within a half hour if not instantly. It felt like a 24/7 service. They really understand the high stress state that buyers and sellers are in and do a good job catering to you. I get the impression that they've done this a thousand times now. They've seen what can go right and wrong in both the long and short term with homes. They've seen how the psychology of the deal plays out between buyers and sellers. They provided a ton of good input throughout the purchasing process. I had a much easier time purchasing my home than others I have talked to. I credit this to Gail and Mike's expertise. I didn't even want to go look at the home that I ended up purchasing, but Gail had a feeling the pictures weren't doing it justice. She was right. We love our new home. I ended up getting it below asking price and with some concessions - I probably wouldn't have considered either of those things without their consult.
