Mike did an AMAZING JOB helping us find our first home. We did not have any experience on how to proceed with a purchase or how to start. Mike came as a recommendation from a co-worker who bought a home with Mike's help. He took us out many times to look at houses. In the beginning, it was tuff because we did not know what we wanted. After looking at some homes, we started giving Mike more information on what we were looking for. He found many houses for us, and we put in offers, but we didn't get them with the market being so competitive. Mike never gave up and kept looking for more potential homes. He would always answer our calls and was super attentive to our needs. Finally, we found the home of our dreams. Mike gave us advice, scenarios, and probabilities on what to expect for the offer we were putting in. He asked us, "How much do you want this home?" we told him that we did not want to lose this house due to an offer. He advised us, and we got it. Since we did not have the experience, Mike took us by the hand and helped us with escrow, and booking the inspector, pool, insulation, termite companies. He made all the calls. After we moved in, Mike has many connections with vendors. He knew we wanted to do some remodeling, and he gave us as a gift an interior designer to help us with our needs. After we figured what we wanted, Mike called and made more appointments with flooring, carpet, solar, and pool companies. Pretty much, he has an immense network, and it made our life more comfortable. Our new home also got a facelift. To finish up, we would recommend Mike in a heartbeat. He listens to your needs, is helpful, has a lot of knowledge, experience, and is accommodating. For the future, if we decide to buy or sell, we will absolutely hire Mike. He is a well-rounded realtor.

Mike and his team, walked through our home and presented us with recommendations for improving our chances of selling our home for our asking price. He had aerial photography of the property taken and a designer come in and stage the house for maximum sales appeal. His research on recent comparable home sales allowed us to ask for a very good price. We got what we asked for!
