He was amazing....used his network to get eyeballs on the property!
Miguel has been a good family friend for a long time. I’ve known him since the late 80’s, and we both attended San Diego State – Go Aztecs! Sometimes it is hard to do business with friends, but not with Miguel. He was amazing at making sure the house was ready for sale, he priced it right, used his network to get the right eyeballs on the property, and helped obtain closure in a very timely manner. He didn’t do this once, but twice for me in the past 5 years. And at the same time, he was just himself. A perfect blend of friendship and business. Thanks a million Miguel!
