I, literally, could not have dreamed of a better experience! He helped me find my perfect home 10 days after our first day searching, and I was under contract 3 days later. He's very knowledgeable of the Tampa Bay market and neighborhoods, flexible, attentive, honest, and a great listener. I was concerned that my search would take longer due to my lists of needs/wants and strict work schedule. Needless to say, I had nothing to be concerned about. My home has absolutely everything I wanted + extras, and I didn't have to break the bank. I would recommend Miguel to anyone!

I can't say enough great things about our experience with Miguel. Having to move within 45 days is never ideal, especially when factoring in the added stress of selling your home. Miguel went above and beyond to ensure we were able to sell before leaving, all while negotiating a price we were financially comfortable with. He went through great lengths to communicate through out the entire process and ensured all our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. My only regret is that we can't use his service in Illinois!

He is very knowledgeable about real estate and about different types of houses. He was very patient with us buying our first house and answered all of our questions. He is very approachable, kind, smart and has a good sense of humor to him as well. He definitely helped put our minds at ease and was able to help even with the pandemic and our busy work schedule. He took into consideration our jobs, our wants and found our dream home. We are eternally grateful and happy with his service. Highly recommend
