Miguel Contreras

We were referred to Miguel from a friend who helped re-finance our home and we were extremely happy to be connected with such a professional real estate agent. We live in the Spring Valley area and initially after the open house we were able to agree with an offer higher than the list price. However, the homes built during the 1960's in this particular area had a slight slope on the foundation which caused our first buyer to cancel the agreement after the home inspection. Miguel, being aware of this common issue in our area, suggested we get an inspection from a Geo-technical Engineer. After the inspection, the engineer reported that this issue is very common in the area and mentioned that although there is a slight slope to the foundation, it should be just fine. Once we got the report, Miguel wisely suggested that we slightly lower our original list price and disclose the engineer report. A few days later we received an offer at the list price and closed escrow with no further delays. Miguel is determined with a tenacious nature. He's diligent in his line of work, communicates well and timely, organized and prompt. He's a go-getter and will not quit until the job is done well beyond any expectation. We are extremely satisfied with the results and will plan on using Miguel's services when purchasing our next home in the near future.
