You can't go wrong with Mickey on your side. She's incredibly knowledgable of the industry and the South Bay. During our home search process, she was flexible about working with our schedule and time frame, communicated regularly and clearly without "bugging" us, offered opinions about properties when asked, pointed out issues or benefits we might have missed, and didn't hover when we went through a house. Mickey was friendly without being overbearing, and always had our best interests in mind when working with other realtors. She went above and beyond to make for a great home buying experience. No regrets, and I would recommend her to anyone looking in the South Bay.

Mickey helped me to sell my house in CA while I was overseas. At first, I had reservations selling my house while physically outside the country but Mickey's deep knowledge on real-estate market as well as her ability to lead me through the latest technologies (various web-based software related to real-estate transactions) allowed the transaction to go very smoothly without any kind of hiccup. Mickey is lovely to work with (no hype, no high pressure), clearly has her clients best interests at heart and is dedicated to providing superior service. Our professional relationship has spanned 16 years. She helped place me in a unique Manhattan Beach property in 1998 and more recently, has been working with me as a prospective seller. I was concerned about a potential mold problem and Mickey provided me with several referrals for reputable mold inspectors. I didn't end up having a problem, but learned I needed to have other work performed, at which time she provided me with additional resources for roofers, contractors and architects. Mickey sold our home in 4 days. We had 3 bidders and received one 45 thousand more then asking price. We closed in 3 weeks after accepting the offer. She was very helpful answering calls late at night. Sending and responding to e-mails rapidly. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
