My wife and I entered our first home purchase with two months to close a deal, an exceptionally contracted timeline during a stressful period of our lives. Michelle was not deterred by our circumstances and immediately jumped into our search head-on, setting up a half dozen showings on Sunday after we first connected on a Friday evening. Michelle and her associate Laugharn have a great grasp of the LA market and the west side where we focused our search and opened our eyes to neighborhoods we hadn’t previously been aware of or considering. They understood the delicate balance of not wanting to force a bad long-term decision despite our time crunch and were able to provide us with a great outcome.
