We used Michelle and Mark Yurich to find our new home during the most competitive and demanding real estate market in southeast Michigan. They carefully watched new listings, were persistent in helping us view homes that had interest and helped us in simplifying what we truly needed and wanted versus what we would like to have. In the end, we contracted to build a new home in a community being developed. Mark and Michelle assisted us through the decision and contracting process and have been keeping an eye on the development and our new home’s construction because we live in the southwest during the winter.

Working with Michelle was very lovely and easy, We first got in contact with each other via a friendly recommendation (and what a good recommendation it turned out to be). I had been in a situation where I had to move out of state and had my house on the market for nearly 3 months with minimal movement. Offers coming in well below asking (I had other competing realtors calling to ask how on earth the home hadn't sold right away for the price!!) and in such a hot market it was starting to get me really worried. So ultimately I had to change realtors and what a good decision it ended up being. Within 2 weeks we had the house under contract and for a competitive price that left me with a profit (especially good in pandemic times!). Her promptness to emails, texts, and calls is very desirable and her tone was always that of support but metered with an eye to reality. No fluffery that would make you feel like you're just another shmuck to get a commission from, a definite sense of interested in my being satisfied with the situation. I felt that the choices on to accept or not were all my own and there was dialog on our strategy for my home's sale. An ability to think out of the box to negotiate solutions is in her bailiwick, in my case she had helped both me and the buyer by increasing the selling price of the house, while including some sellers assistance. A proverbial "two birds with one stone" is often said but was seldom truer than now. In addition the fact I was located in another state and unable to meet in person to assist in much any was was done with aplomb, basically took all responsibility and worry from me and left me with the easy task of saying yes to the final offer.
