Michelle took care of everything and made the sale effortless. From staging the home to turning off utilities, she communicated and helped with everything along the way. I would definitely use her again if I move back to the area.
Working with Michelle was a delightful, educational and productive experience. We faced many hurdles during our home search but none due to Michelle. Everytime we had a new issue (i.e. "sentimental sellers", financing issues and not to mention a world wide pandemic) Michelle arose to the challenge and pushed forward, all while maintaining a positive attitude. She met deadlines, kept lines of communication open and clear and was able to be stern and direct with others involved in our deal when it was needed. She really made us feel like she had our best interest at heart through the entire process and that was invaluable to us! We truly believe we would not be in the house of our dreams right now if Michelle had not been our realtor! This was our first experience with buying a home and it was a success due to Michelle's guidance. We will definitely be using her services in the future and referring our friends and family!

I'm a first time home buyer also and she made the whole process super easy never tried to go out side what I wanted to spend on a house, because it was what I was comfortable with. Every day / every other day we sat down and looked at the listing of houses and then we would go look at them the following day after looking at them. And worked with me on if I found a house she would get it set up to be shown the same day as the others. Didnt have to worry about driving she took care of all that and also pointed out items in the area and stuff.
