In the area we live in there is absolutely no shortage of agents to assist people looking to buy or sell a home. There is always a friend of a friend, or "I know a guy" person. I was referred to Michelle through a friend like so many other are. My father was actually the one purchasing a home, I was along for the ride to assist him because of his age and lack of recent experience. Michelle was literally on it from the get go. After the first look at a home I knew she would be able to deal with whatever craziness my Dad would be tossing her way as he is picky and a consistent mind changer. Michelle was prompt, on time, professional, courteous, and a true pro at her craft. Not only did she work the buying but she worked the selling of his condo as well. She assisted in things normal agents would normally not be involved in as well, contacting my fathers HOA to get things taken care of to move along is his sale. With Vegas like negotiation skills she was able to get my Dad a great deal on his new home and the selling of his condo. 5-Star rating does not do justice to how well things went in this process, because I can't put stars on my piece of mind, and my sanity.
