Wonderful personality to deal with. Listens to your ideas, needs and is very considerate. Michelle and her team are very professional, organized , and highly knowledgeable about the market in Tri Cities. If I had a concern or question , response was very prompt. Negotiation with the buyer's rep. was excellent and she was instrumental in obtaining a fair price that was above what I was expecting but also within buyer's budget. Her team provided wonderful suggestions on how to show my home. The staging was fun and also beautiful to see how my house looked. A professional photographer was also provided, He was able to highlight the assets of the house that I had never imagined. Michelle was excellent to work with. We moved from out of state and had never been to Richland. She was able to hone in on what we wanted from a neighborhood and home. We did an initial house hunting trip but the rest of the houses we saw were from recorded walk-throughs Michelle took of each of the homes.
