Wonderful personality to deal with. Listens to your ideas, needs and is very considerate. Michelle and her team are very professional, organized , and highly knowledgeable about the market in Tri Cities. If I had a concern or question , response was very prompt. Negotiation with the buyer's rep. was excellent and she was instrumental in obtaining a fair price that was above what I was expecting but also within buyer's budget.
