Michelle was my agent in both the purchase and sale of my townhouse and purchase of my new condo! Over the past several years, Michelle has spent so many hours of her time helping me to find my ultimate home. When I found it, she was so great at negotiating a great deal (below asking). Also, the sale of my townhouse was quite unique during this Covid pandemic. She went all out with staging, video, virtual tour and professional photos! Even though we couldn’t hold an open house, she garnered a lot of interest in it and sold above asking. It was a “hot” home! There were so many things that could have gone wrong during the sale but her straightforwardness and positive demeanor helped me feel at ease. I highly recommend Michelle if you are interested in buying or selling a home. She will negotiate and push when necessary for a successful win/win outcome! She’s a rockstar!

Michelle is amazing! Not only did she sell my property for above our asking price within a week of listing, she managed to accomplish this in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic with the economy taking a turn for the worse. Selling what's likely your largest asset is scary and stressful, but Michelle's skills and knowledge help to make the process simple and easy. I truly appreciated her patience with me and her support when the pandemic looked like it was going to completely derail my hopes of selling my home. Michelle recently helped me sell my home in the Southbay. I highly recommend her. Not only is she tech/internet savvy, but she has a strategy that works and that resulted in a sales price that was better than I expected and higher than our asking price. She is also up to speed on modern marketing techniques, helped "stage" the home, had professional photos taken, created a tour video including aerial drone video, and advised me on what repairs/touch ups should be done to make the property more saleable. With Michelle's preemptive philosophy, she addresses most issues before they can even arise. And when something does come up, she has the experience, knowledge and expertise to effectively address them. Selling my house was a very emotional process for me and Michelle is not only an exceptional technician when it comes to the sales process, but she's a wonderful and warm "hand holder" as well.
