Michelle helped me sell my home and not only made every step of the way amazingly stress free, but she continued to guide me through finding an out of state purchasing agent and really made me feel safe and cared for throughout all of my decision making. I would highly recommend her.

I know several realtors, yet when it came time to help my father find a new place near me, Michelle was the one I chose for him to work with. Her light hearted, yet down to business personality was the perfect for him. When we first met with Michelle she went over the personal info page that she had asked him to complete. This was a great tool in knowing what he was looking for in a home and the activities he enjoys. I met with them a few times when she was showing properties to him, and she never pushed, but was very well informed prior to visiting. When he found "the place", she made arrangements to take me back with him to see it. She also worked hard for him to negotiate with the selling agent on some of the appliances that would be left by the seller. Also, when there was a minor hiccup with his lender, she was already on top of it and had gotten info from a lender she works closely with to remedy it. In fact, she even called me to get a feel for how my dad would handle the situation. It all worked out with the original lender in the end, and the sale closed just a couple of days later. Her assistant was extremely helpful in the process as well, and I enjoyed meeting her when I did the final walk-thru with my dad. Michelle really connects with her clients on a personal level and treats them like a new friend. My dad couldn't believe how smooth the entire process was and we both truly enjoyed working with Michelle.

Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable about the home buying process. It was our first home so we had a lot of questions. She (and Jessica Althoff) was there for us every step of the way answering questions we had or to troubleshooting problems we had with the house. She gave us tips and advice on everything from the escrow process to real estate investing. She is so honest that I would trust her to be a dual agent.
