Michelle is absolutely awesome! I've known her for years and just had my first chance to use her over the last 6 months or so. We were lucky enough to stumble across the perfect house for our family and put in an offer with Michelle back in November 2016. We were hoping things would move fast, but due to situations outside of anyone's control, they didn't. It took about 5 months of patiently waiting to get an offer acceptance from the bank and open escrow. In spite of all the fact that we were all waiting on the bank, I had MORE than enough questions for Michelle and she was just incredibly patient with me. They say that buying a house can be stressful and that is definitely true.
