She listened to exactly what our families needs and expectations for a new house was, and showed us houses that only met these standards. She not only was highly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, but she also was incredibly patient with our family as we have 2 small toddlers who enjoyed every house we saw. She exceeded our expectations during negotiations before we closed, she went above and beyond when she researched different quotes for anything that needed fixed or repaired, and even continued to help us with any concerns we had the following months. If and when we decide to move, she will be the first real estate agent we contact. We HIGHLY recommend her to any family for buying or selling their home!

Michelle Sausedo was a very polite and efficient realtor. We had previously worked with a man with a different company who was very pushy only had his paycheck on the brain. We found Michelle by clicking the link at the bottom of a home on zillow, she responded within minutes with a professional, to the point phone call which is what you want. The first and only house we had her show us, she immediately contacted the homeowner during our showing to discuss some obvious issues and they agreed to fix them before we even offered. We did not beat around the bush and neither did she which was appreciated.
