I would have given Michelle 4.5 stars, but there is no half star rating option. She is extremely accommodating (I work from home) and very good at effectively being the liaison between myself and the buyers (agent)...and staying on top of when I (the seller) needed a response (from the buyers). The only reason for not giving 5 stars is initially (in the paperwork) the buyers put 45 days to close. As deadlines to accept offers are very short, and there had already been a counteroffer in play, Michelle texted me and said they accepted, please go sign....I did. The next day I then read the whole document and saw they (sellers) asked for a 45 day closing. I thought 30 days was standard...my last 3 houses were 30 days. Her reply was that she has seen all lengths of closing dates. And I get that, as she has been an agent for 29 years. I was slightly miffed and felt she should have verbally told me. It all worked out in the end and ended up being right around 30 days. All-in-all, Michelle is great and I absolutely will use her again.

I can’t say enough about Michelle Sausedo. She is very in tune with her customers and reacts immediately when they have questions or concerns. She made the buying process easier with her at our side every step of the way. She explained all the paperwork needs of the lender and or Title companies. She was with us on house walks, closing walk and paperwork. She is the most committed Real Estate agent we have ever had. She is a 15 out of 10.

As first time homebuyers, we needed a lot of guidance through the buying process. Michelle went above and beyond for my mom purchasing her new home and also gave a lot of guidance and help in the sell of her old home. She made the process far less stressful than it could have been with in person visits as my mom struggles with technology and is more comfortable with "paper" .
