This Spring she offered a lot of pointers, a lot of constructive criticisms and went out of her way to help us. We had issues closing on our time frame due to a contractor not holding up his end of the bargain and we were gone before the work was completed. She personally supervised the work and reported back to us. She got the carpets cleaned, vacuumed the floors, the Florida room carpets and even the garage. She even paid a local guy to do some small repairs out of her own pocket (I reimbursed her) and even got my lawn tractor sold while we were gone.
