We have known Michelle and Jim as neighbors for a very long time. We told her when we were ready to list she would get the job. This Spring she offered a lot of pointers, a lot of constructive criticisms and went out of her way to help us. We had issues closing on our time frame due to a contractor not holding up his end of the bargain and we were gone before the work was completed. She personally supervised the work and reported back to us. She got the carpets cleaned, vacuumed the floors, the Florida room carpets and even the garage. She even paid a local guy to do some small repairs out of her own pocket (I reimbursed her) and even got my lawn tractor sold while we were gone. My wife believes Michelle should have got more of the proceeds for the "above and beyond" work she did. Michelle is a first class pro, o good friend and as asset to Cutler. Good job Michelle

Michelle is a very professional but down to earth sales person. She will always put her customers ahead of herself including her personal life. If she lists your property be prepared to move. You probably want to start packing shortly after the property is listed. There are no gimmicks, confusion or false representations. She will always give you what you pay for and that is excellent representation.
